Alright, KT I looked back at my tagged post and realized that perhaps some of that was a little generic for most children Tink's age. So I don't know if there is a lot of "dirt" on my little girl but here are a few more facts about her that may be a little more entertaining:
Tink hates being messy or making messes. We always put a papertowel under her bowl or plate when she is eating and if I forget she reminds me. She may have a hard time saying sorry when she hits someone, but as as soon as she drops anything whether it spills or not she starts to almost cry and keeps repeating "I sorry! I sorry!" We have tried telling her that it is no big deal and everything is fine but it didn't make her feel better (remember she isn't even two yet so reasoning isn't much of an option, though we still try sometimes). Now we try to laugh and be excited about cleaning it up, but not so much that she thinks it is fun to make messes. She loves to eat with her fingers but when she realizes her hands are messy she calls out to me, and loud too no matter how far or close I am to her, "Mess Mom! Messy!"
As I mentioned in the paragraph before Tink has been hitting lately. She does this pretty much when she is upset about not getting something she wants. Yes, she throws tantrums now. She will mostly hit Mom or Dad since we are the ones not giving in to her. So we tried time-outs, and nose in the corner, and more recently had to resort to spankings. She hates spankings and so threatening her with one when she is doing something wrong usually helps. Although there have been times when she doesn't let us punish her such as when we have asked her if she wants a spanking and she says "yes" and turns around and puts her little butt in the air. How do you discipline a kid like that. She doesn't have a favorite toy for us to take away or anything. Sometimes it is soooooo frustrating but overall she is still a really good kid so I am not too worried about it yet.
She loves cereal and some days eats it three meals a day, plus as a snack in between meals. She LOVES cereal milk (the milk left over in the bowl after you finish your cereal)! I find this wonderful since I do not like milk unless it has chocolate in it. Daddy wanted to wait as long as possible to give her chocolate milk because, I think, he didn't want her to be like Mommy and only drink chocolate milk. Well, the other day she had her first cup of chocolate milk and loved it. When Daddy asked her while she was finishing her cereal if she wanted a drink of cereal milk or chocolate milk he was surprised that she said cereal milk. Mommy was not surprised because Tink ALWAYS drinks her own and Mommy's cereal milk. Sometimes I think she asks for cereal just so she can have the cereal milk.
She is still learning about sharing and sometimes she is really great about sharing and sometimes she doesn't share at all. I have noticed that sometimes it seems to depend on who she is playing with. Some children she is great about sharing with and others she has a really hard time sharing and even not grabbing toys away from them. She is the only girl in nursery, at church, and if one of the boys looks at her toy she holds closer to herself and says "Mine." So while we are glad she holds her own and doesn't just give up her toys we wish she could be nicer about it, but she is learning and again she isn't even 2 yet.
Well, there is another ton of information about our little eidelweiss (a-dul-vice; the flower and the song from Sound of Music).

ha, ha, ha, that's so funny that I asked for dirt and she does not like spills. Hmmmm, give her one week with me, I'll have her playing the mud in no time!! j/k, isn't it funny how kids just come how they come.
