We LOVE Daddy

Today we wanted to brag about our Daddy! We love him so much. Daddy is going to school at the Utah College of Massage Therapy. He will be graduating in August from the basic/main course. So far Daddy has maintained a 4.0 GPA and looks like he will graduate with that 4.0! Way to go Daddy. Every Saturday morning Daddy has a clinic shift. He has about 5 1/2 hours to do at least 4 massages but he has succeeded in giving 5 massages each shift. Each massage is about one hour so he has to stay busy changing the sheets and getting his booth ready to be able to give 5 massages each shift. He has a few clients who have asked him to let him know where he will be working after graduation so they can go to there and pay him to do their massages. A lot of the times his massages are people who have requested him. When clients come in and ask who is good at reflexology (feet and hand massages) or accupressure they point to Daddy without hesitation. Those aren't even his favorite modalities for massage therapy either. He also works for the school during clinic hours when he is done with his clinic shift. He has also built up quite a reputation for being a hard worker. One of the ladies who works the office area told him the other day that she was upset when he got the job working in the clinic because she was hoping he could work for her. Now she just gets to hear his boss tell her what a great worker he is.

Daddy will have a week off after graduation before he starts the Master Bodyworker course which is another two months of schooling. We are hoping he will be getting a job with Massage Envy while he finishes his Master Bodyworker classes. He has interviewed with a few companies but we don't know what to expect yet. We should be hearing this week from the two we are most hopeful about. Of course we will keep you posted on that as well.
Besides being such a great student and worker outside the home he is a wonderful Daddy and husband. He is so good playing with Tink and helping Mommy when he comes home. We love spending time with him! He makes sure he says family prayers with us before Tink goes to sleep at night. He is great about encouraging family activities and always wants us with him when he is kayaking on the river. This thrills me because he doesn't do anything that he doesn't want Tink and Mommy to join him. We even go visit him at work on Saturdays, when possible. So from your two girls: "Thank you Daddy! Daddy Rocks! You're the best Daddy EVER!!!!"
